Nichols Calls UVa “Great”

September 9th, 2012 by Chris Horne

In a tweet in the early morning hours this past Saturday, 5-star power forward/center Austin Nichols wrote the following about the University of Virginia:

“UVA is great! Great atmosphere! The coaches are also great!”

The 6’9″, 210-pound Briarcrest Christian (Eads, TN) senior returned home today.  According to another tweet, he and his family will host Vanderbilt coaches this evening on an in-home visit.  Nichols has scheduled an official to Vanderbilt for next weekend, and he will go to Duke for an official visit the weekend of October 6-8.  He is also expected to take officials to Auburn and Tennessee.  Hometown Memphis rounds out the talented recruit’s final six.

TheSabre plans to have much more on Nichols’ trip to Charlottesville soon.
