I’m not kidding:

According to a source close to the situation, center Lars Mikalauskas has been kicked off the team.

“There are standards to be a member of this basketball program and Laurynas has not lived up to those standards,” said Virginia coach Dave Leitao through a press release. The coach said he would not have further comment on the matter.

Of course, this would make Tunji’s return a no-brainer. I think maybe he framed Lars by putting some stolen gay bar beers in the Lithuanian’s locker.

I joke because it hurts too much to cry. Has 2007 this been the worst year for our revenue sports ever?
